Hotel - Resident Manager d'SEASON Hotel

Job Description

• Preferably male
• Age minimum of 30 years old
• Excellent communication in English and computer literate
• Bachelor Degree (S1) from Hospitality Management or having minimum of 8 years working experience in hospitality industry (managerial position)
• Hard working, possess strong communication and leadership skill, able to work in teams, open-minded, enthusiastic, creative and proactive
• Willing to work in Jepara, Central Java
• Work in conjunction with the Managing Director in developing the hotel
• Plan, direct, and coordinate key issues occuring in the hotel including capital project, program planning, day-to-day operations, customer service, and marketing
• Monitor hotel’s performance and initiate corrective actions
• Provide effective leadership to all hotel team members
• Ensure service quality and guest satisfaction in all aspects
