Director / General Manager

A hospitality management group with private residences, villas and hotel in Indonesia is seeking the position of a DIRECTOR/GENERAL MANAGER

The person will be responsible in providing day-to-day leadership and direction by maximizing financial returns, driving the team to deliver the desired business objectives and revenue, creating and maintaining unique guest experiences, integrating brand standards to the business dynamics and build awareness of the respective properties and brands across both local and international markets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

It is essential that the Candidate is able to have:

• Good hotelier experience and a degree in Hotel Management

• An outstanding leadership and culturally sensitive style that engages the team

• Hands on in hotel & villa operations, with strong project management and execution

• Sound business acumen and result -oriented

• Ability to think out of the box and possess F&B experience is preferred.

• Conversant in Bahasa Indonesia IS ESSENTIAL

• Deliver unique guest experiences and strive for service personalization and excellence

• Good grasp of financial figures and projections with knowledge of revenue management

• A gregarious, amicable personality with good interpersonal skills will fit the role well

• Info technology savvy
