Park Hotel Nusa Dua Bali, which is scheduled to be re-branded and open in 2015 looking for :

Director of Sales

This position is responsible for the whole spectrum of the Hotel’s Sales business activities and maximizing Hotel’s revenue

Responsibilities :

• Formulate Effective Sales Strategy and Sales Plans.
• Provide leadership to the sales team in the execution of sales strategies and sales plans.
• Build strong relationship with key customers.
• Perform business planning and budgeting for the department.
• Requirements :
• Strong leadership quality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent people and team management skills.
• Having minimum 3-5 years’ in Hotel Industries Sales and Marketing background.
• Able to plan, organize and manage the daily operations in Sales and Marketing.
• Have a good connection to the Government and Corporate as well as travel agents both inside and outside the country and familiar with Bali Market.
