PRE OPENING DREAM TEAM WANTED

Soon to be opened hotel is looking for the right candidates to form the Dream Team.
If you are a true hotelier - don't look at the time every minute wanting to go home, are dedicated - out of the box - fun fearless and don't spend time updating your profile on Blackberry, Facebook or Path every second - don't take things personal is openminded and are not a yes man - most important has the right attitude........ than you might be the one.

  • Front Office Manager (male / female )

      1. For DoSM
        1. at your present employer how high was the ARR & Occupancy when commenced and how is it now. And what is the YTD Occupancy
        2. Strong in which segment - corporate / travel / government
        3. References from : 3 wholesalers nationally, 3 travel agents national, 3 airlines, 3 eo's    
      2. For Chefs : 
        1. your favourite top 10 dishes
        2. at your present employer - how high was the food cost when you commenced and how high is it now
        3. What is the lowest food cost that you can achieve 
        4. What is the lowest food cost that you have achieved 
  4. I do apologise but emails will be deleted if

    3. Any salary that is not realistic compared to working experience - if you are looking for a job please be realistic and put the salary there that is fair

The requirements are maybe a bit weird - but it is a simple screening
Unfortunately there can only be 1 Dream Team per hotel therefore the terms for the CV are as well very specific - Candidates that fit the description will be contacted.
