1. Executive Housekeeper

Requirements :

Male, maximum 40 years old, hard worker, attention to detail and innovative

Have been worked at boutique resort operations would be a benefit

Proven track record in the similar capacity for 2 years experience

Strong leadership, knowledge and skill related to the position

Highly motivated, energetic, have strong Human Skill and hospitalization personality

A good trainer

2. Engineering Staff

Requirements :

2 persons

Strong in Electrical and AC

Max. 32 y.o

Having 3 years experience as Engineer

3. Engineering Supervisor 

Requirements :

1 person

Max. 36 y.o

Hardworker

Able to plan and monitor maintenance schedule

Strong in MEP knowledge and skill.

4. Gardener Supervisor

Requirements :

1 person

Minimum 3 years as Senior Gardener / Landscaper

Strong leadership and good maintenance plan

5. Security Guard

Requirements :

4 person

Max. 30 y.o

High disciplines

Minimum 2 years experience as security

6. Security Supervisor

Requirements:

2 persons

Max. 40 y.o

Good leadership

Able to make operations plan

Minimum 5 years experience in Security Department
