1. Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• To manage business development process by acquiring new accounts and maintaining existing accounts, especially for Korean market
• To capture the room demand from the market segmentation assigned
• To determine and analyze company production and plan further actions to Increase sales
• To use direct sales techniques, cold calling (telemarketing) and business to business marketing visits in order to capture demands and to understand the demand patterns and behavior
• To conduct professional presentation of the hotel products and its selling points through site inspection, PowerPoint and photo presentation
• To monitor competitor’s activities and continuously do market intelligence within the markets assigned
• Skills & Experience
• 
  
• Hold a relevant degree and minimum 3 years experience in similar position at 4 or 5 star international chain hotel
• Having strong Sales communication, Negotiation and Presentation skills
• Know how to prepare professional documents in relation to business transactions such as a proposal, contracts and invoices.
• Understanding of product knowledge, selling points, price, brand positioning and competitive sets.
• Accor Hotels experience will be an added advantage

2. Guest Service Agent

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all runs smoothly during the customer’s stay.
• Have to involved from the customer’s arrival in the hotel, through to their paying and check-out.
• Answering the telephone and taking reservations
• Handling the cash register and billing,
• Keeping the accounts, reimbursements, payment of deferred travel agency invoices.
• Skill & Experience
• 
  
• Minimum 1 (one) years experience in similar position or fresh graduated are welcome
• Good command of both written and spoken English. Can speak other language would be advantaged
• Good attitude and high motivation
• Commitment to the job, creative and innovative
• Service oriented person
• Accor Hotels experience will be an added advantage
